Welcome to The Nikki Wise Experience! I'm so excited to get started with you. I understand that going to a new stylist can feel a little intimidating, especially if you're not sure what to expect. Here's some additional info to help make your first visit as seamless as possible. 

PRE-VISIT

Email, Text & Push Notifications:

I am a 100% self booking & automated salon.

A automated reminder will be sent 72 & 24 hours prior to appointment via email & text. 

Visit Customization Forms:

Under step 2 on the service page please take a moment to finish the Consultation & Getting to Know You form. I need to pregame too!

Within 24 hours of your appointment, you'll receive an email with a link that will allow you to tailor your salon experience & review salon policies. To have a truly customizable experience the forms must be completed before every visit.

COME PREPARED...DRY, STYLED HAIR
I suggest coming to your first visit wearing your hair how you typically style it daily. It is not imperative that your hair is freshly washed. I just like to get an idea of how you style regularly so that I can choose the best techniques & looks to enhance & fit your lifestyle.

DRESS FOR SUCESS
I want you to feel comfortable during your appointment, so please dress comfortably! To ensure your clothing remains dry & stain free, I recommend slipping into a clean kimono & slippers that will be waiting for you just as you enter the main door.   Please avoid wearing bulky necklines like hooded sweatshirts & turtlenecks.

PAYMENT METHODS
All transactions are processed through my 3rd party app Vagaro.
Visa Mastercard & Discover are accepted along with cash & check. You can download the Vagaro app & create a profile for easier booking. Look for this logo in your app store.

BEFORE YOU ENTER
Parking:
Park as far to the left as possible upon arrival without blocking any other car in.  

Stay Cozy:
Please remain in your car & check in using the check in feature on your Vagaro app. I will notify you using the vagaro app when I am ready for you to enter. Once I do so, you may follow the rock path around to the door on the back deck. At the top of the stairs you will find your slippers & kimono robe which you can slip on should you choose to

We will discuss exactly what your desired goal is & make a plan to achieve & maintain it. All while I tailor your experience to your needs & preferences. 
BETWEEN VISITS
After your appointment I will book your next scheduled service or two and send you home with some great product recommendations/purchases for easy at home care. Follow me on social to comment & share my posts or even tag me in your own. Everything you do from social posting to friend referrals will earn you points to save on future services.

POLICIES

Cancelations & Rescheduling:
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment in less than 48 hours notice, a $25 per service cancellation fee does apply & will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. Any prepaid appointments cancelled prior to the 48 hour window will receive a refund minus any banking fees. Please allow up to 7 business days for your account to reflect any refund. 


Late Arrivals:
Services for clients running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time with pricing adjustment to accommodate the time missed. Appointments that run longer than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled all together and a cancellation fee will apply. 


Adjustments:
I strive to  offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut & color, let me know within 7 days of your visit & I am happy to correct at no additional charge, additional services however will be an additional cost. I am unable to discount or correct at no charge once we have surpassed the 7 day timeframe. 


Retail Exchanges:
Should you make a retail purchase you are unsatisfied with, Let's find something better for you! Exchanges at full credit are accepted as long as you notify me within 7 days of your initial purchase. I can not exchange half used or more product.
