So I appreciate you considering me  & I don't plan on taking the task lightly!


Use this page as your pre-visit manual, you'll learn a little bit about your experience with me being a VIP Guest. If you have any questions, you can reach me using the contact info below.

For your convenience and mine, I offer 24/7 online self-booking. I have automated my entire business bc let's face it, my talents are not secretarial. Should you still have questions regarding your first visit you can email me at the link above and I will respond within 48 business hours or less.

I accept all major credit cards (except American Express) as well as cash & check.

My preferred methods are as follows:

For convenience to the both of us my business is fully automated so you can book yourself. My website and pre-visit experience is specifically designed to educate you on what service is right for you & then instructs you how to book your appointment on my Vagaro software. 

I HIGHLY recommend you to download the client app and save to your home screen.  I am more than happy to help you get set up & walk you through, however out of respect for my other clients & family time I cannot book, cancel or reschedule appointments for you. 

My books are only open two months at a time. The 1st of every month my software will open up the following months availability. So January 1st all of February will become available, February 1st all of March will become available (February has been available since Jan. 1)  and so on.


Be sure to allow email, text & push notifications as my system is 100% automated & confirmations come through those methods. 

I recommend coming to each visit wearing something comfy that you don't mind getting ruined. I take preventative measures to protect your clothes, however accidents do happen, so let's prepare for the worst & expect the best!

Parking: NWH is an at home salon. Park as far left as possible without blocking in another car. It is ok to park behind the black Acadia, that is mine.
ENTRANCE: Once you've parked follow the rock path around to the door on the deck. Fight the awkwardness and come on in. My salon is directly at the bottom of the stairs. If I am finishing up a client you're welcome to use the restroom or relax in the salon massage chair until I am done. However, I usually don't have a problem with over lapping clients as I like to keep your time as personal as possible.

You'll receive a text the morning of your appointment. This will have a couple quick questions for you to select certain experiences. This MUST be filled out prior to your appointment.

I know you've been waiting for this in a BIG way... At your visit we'll have a thorough conversation about your hair to make sure we're both confident on how we should proceed with your service. You will feel listened to, excited & taken care of as we explore solutions & plans to create your perfect low maintenance hair color within your financial boundaries. 

I'll proceed with your color application while keeping you entertained-either with music, wifi, fun conversation or questions for humans cards or a relaxing quiet spa experience. It's completely up to you! Once you're done processing, we'll get you to the lather lounge.



Every New Guest service package from a referral includes a relaxing scalp massage with LED light therapy. I'll dim the light, change the music to something relaxing & stay silent so you can close your eyes & enjoy your 'me time.'


Come prepared with pictures of haircuts/colors that you LOVE and ones that you DON'T. I also love the power of before & after pics, but one thing you will learn about me is I RELY on your help bc I always forget to grab one of these photos. If you prefer to not show your face in the after photo I can accommodate that, but know I have an editor app to removed blemishes, bags & add make-up etc.

Cancelations & Rescheduling:
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment in less than 48 hours notice, a $25 per service cancellation fee does apply & will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. Any prepaid appointments cancelled prior to the 48 hour window will receive a refund minus any banking fees. Also, please do not prepay for services. Please allow up to 7 business days for your account to reflect any refund. 

Late Arrivals:
Services for clients running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time with pricing adjustment to accommodate the time missed. Appointments that run longer than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled all together and a cancellation fee will apply. 

I strive to  offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut & color, let me know within 7 days of your visit & I am happy to correct at no additional charge, additional services however will be an additional cost. I am unable to discount or correct at no charge once we have surpassed the 7 day timeframe. Do to the artistic nature of hairstyling, Nikki does not offer refunds. Color services are a guarantee when using professional products only. Due to the high risk of "professional" products being tampered, watered down or altered altogether, Nikki will ONLY guarantee longevity of her color services if products are purchased from NWH only.

Retail Exchanges:
Should you make a retail purchase you are unsatisfied with, Let's find something better for you! Exchanges at full credit are accepted as long as you notify me within 7 days of your initial purchase. I can not exchange half used or more product.
